Stefania Stroppiana makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on its website is true and does not contain errors. If at any time any error of this kind arises, it will be corrected immediately. Stefania Stroppiana reserves the right to amend the prices on the website without prior warning. The price of an article will be that shown at any time in the eShop, except in the case of an obvious error. Although Stefania Stroppiana attempts to ensure that there are no errors in the prices that appear on the site, if an error occurs in the price of an article ordered by the Customer, Stefania Stroppiana will inform the Customer as soon as possible, offering the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Stefania Stroppiana does not manage to contact the Customer, the order will be cancelled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully reimbursed, with no right to compensation.

Stefania Stroppiana will not be obliged to provide the article(s) at the incorrectly listed lower price (even if the Customer has received an order confirmation e-mail) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous. In this regard, the reference price shall be the price of said Stefania Esse article in the Stefania Esse store in the country in which the order is placed and/or, if not possible, the listed price in Sweden.

Stefania Stroppiana accepts payment by PayPal. In accordance with current legislation, a commitment to payment made using a bank card is irrevocable. In providing bank card details, the Customer authorises said card to be debited.

All payments are made via a secure payment portal that encrypts card and PAYPAL data. In order to provide maximum security for the payment system, Stefania Stroppiana uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this regard, confidential payment information is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa and MasterCard cards, Stefania Stroppiana has introduced the SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) service with the international 3D Secure protocol identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode symbols. The basic principle of Secure Electronic Commerce is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. When making the payment via the secure payment portal, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing bank, which will request authorisation for the operation using a personal authentication code. The operation will only take place if the bank that issues the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

As an additional measure to the Secure Payment system, and with a view to contributing to the prevention of internet fraud, Stefania Stroppiana reserves the right to verify the personal information supplied by the Customer and adopt the measures it may deem appropriate (including cancelling the order) to ensure that the merchandise in question is delivered in accordance with the details that appear in the order.
